brittanie thomas
Affectionately known as Brittanie Tea, Brittanie Thomas is a college town community native whose roots and lived experiences deeply shape the vision of The Better Giveback Foundation, Inc., which she founded in 2018. Growing up surrounded by the intersection of learners, families, and the unique rhythms of a college town community, Brittanie saw firsthand both the opportunities and challenges faced by learners and families in such environments.
Her career pathway in higher education—spanning more than 15 years—has been dedicated to holistically supporting learners in navigating the communities where they live, learn, and lead, along with supporting families in navigating their communities and the changing landscape within.
